Aquarium Divers For Coral Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As for Tax deductible donations, ADFC is waiting for its IRS Final Approval Letter. Donations made to the organization are not tax deductible by the donor until the organization receives its Final Approval Letter. The IRS allows donations to be tax deductible retroactively after the organization receives it’s approval.
