Während die Front zusammenbrach, eröffnete Putin anlässlich des 875. Täuscht die Ukraine die russische Armee mit Holzattrappen? Diese Truppen durchbrachen relativ schwache russische Verteidigungsstellungen, der Rückzug der Russen soll teilweise den Charakter einer Flucht bekommen haben, mit Massen  zurückgelassener Panzer, Kanonen und Lastwagen. Die ukrainische Armee hat in weniger als einer Woche mehr ihres Staatsgebiets von den Russen zurückerobert als die Russen seit April okkupiert haben. Ukrainische Truppen unterbrechen russische Nachschubwege, in Russland regt sich Widerstand gegen Wladimir Putin Drei Jahre Verteidigungsattaché bei der deutschen Botschaft in Bagdad während des Irak-Iran Krieges.

Die russische Militärverwaltung erklärte, die Kühlung werde mit Dieselaggregaten sichergestellt. Das hat auch damit zu tun, dass der Westen, dass Deutschland, dass wir wahnsinnig viele Waffen geliefert haben in den letzten Wochen und Monaten. „Deutschland muss umgehend  (…) den Schützenpanzer Marder und den Kampfpanzer Leopard 2 liefern.“ Ähnlich äußerten sich der SPD-Außenpolitiker Michael Roth und die grüne Verteidigungspolitikerin Agnieszka Brugger. „Das erhöht spürbar unsere Offensivmöglichkeiten und das hilft uns bei der Befreiung neuer Gebiete.“ Bis sich Berlin dazu entschließe, solle Deutschland weiter Artilleriemunition liefern.

Die jüngsten russischen Angriffe auf die Ukraine haben nach Angaben des ukrainischen Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj auf das Eisenbahnnetz der Ukraine abgezielt. Wann immer die ukrainischen Streitkräfte gegen diese vor allem auch durch umfangreiche Minenfelder gesicherten russischen Linien vorgehen, erleiden sie erhebliche personelle Verlusten, die sie mittlerweile nicht mehr ausgleichen können. Der ukrainische Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj hat Deutschland für die bisherige Unterstützung im Abwehrkampf gegen die russischen Angreifer gedankt und eindringlich um anhaltenden Beistand gebeten. Trotz der für die Wochenmitte angekündigten neuen Verhandlungen über ein Kriegsende sind bei russischen Angriffen in der Ukraine nach Behördenangaben drei Menschen getötet worden. Dort kämen 80 Jahre nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs erneut massenhaft deutsche Waffen gegen russisches Gebiet zum Einsatz, kritisierte das Außenamt in Moskau.

„Wir sehen keine Hindernisse dafür“, sagte Außenminister Dmytro Kuleba nach einem Treffen mit seiner deutschen Kollegin Annalena Baerbock (Grüne) in Kiew. Die Ukraine drängt unterdessen weiter darauf, Leopard 2-Panzer aus Deutschland zu erhalten. Weltkrieg diejenigen habe erschießen lassen, die in Panik verfallen seien. Ukrainische Kampfflugzeug abgeschossen habe, wo es doch nur 40 bis 50 gegeben hatte.

Weder Deutschland noch die EU werden bei diesen Verhandlungen mitreden können – und das, obwohl sich der Krieg auf europäischem Boden abspielt und die jetzt zu treffenden Entscheidungen schwere Folgen für Deutschlands und Europas Zukunft haben werden. Warum auch, die Politik Deutschlands und der EU unterliegt weiterhin einer Realitätsverweigerung. Keiner der beiden Präsidenten wird irgendwelche Sympathien für die EU und insbesondere für Deutschland hegen.

Moskau wird die Krim nicht zurückgeben und für die anderen aktuell besetzten/annektierten Gebiete mit überwiegend russischer Bevölkerung maximal eine zeitlich befristete internationale Verwaltung mit anschließender Volksabstimmung akzeptieren In diesem Zusammenhang sei daran erinnert, dass es bereits im März 2022 in der Türkei Verhandlungen zwischen Russland und der Ukraine gegeben hat, die nach dem Besuch des damaligen britischen Premierminister Johnson am10. Damit müsste Europa sozusagen in die Bresche springen, falls man noch immer nicht bereit sein sollte, Präsident Selensky an den Verhandlungstisch zu zwingen.

Und zu befürchten ist, dass das einen politischen Zusammenbruch der Ukraine nach sich ziehen könnte. Von der Aufstellung von US-Raketensystemen in Deutschland kein Wort mehr. Gerade deshalb scheint der Ukrainekrieg nun im Bundestagswahlkampf fast völlig aus der öffentlichen Debatte verschwunden zu sein. Dass es dazu gekommen ist, daran tragen auch die Parteien von SPD, CDU/CSU, Grüne und FDP sowie die etablierten deutschen Medien eine schwere Schuld.

Russische Front bricht zusammen, Moskauer Politiker fordern Putins Rücktritt

Selenskyj bekräftigte, dass mindestens sieben weitere Patriot-Systeme nötig seien, um die ukrainischen Städte und Ballungsräume zu schützen. Beide traten dabei gemeinsam für eine weitere Stärkung der Luftverteidigung zum Schutz vor russischen Angriffen ein. Vor dem Rednerpult, auf den Plätzen der Parlamentsstenografen, lagen drei große Blumengestecke in den ukrainischen Farben blau und gelb. Beunruhigend ist jedoch, dass derjenige, der Putins Nachfolge antreten wird, denselben Weg einschlagen und die Fortsetzung des Krieges als Mittel zur Ablenkung von den Problemen nutzen könnte, die er von seinem Vorgänger geerbt hat. Die ukrainische Eisenbahngesellschaft Ukrsalisnyzja warnte Bahnkunden am Montag vor einem zunehmend „hohen Risiko“ auf Strecken im Osten der Ukraine und rief Reisende auf, stattdessen Bus zu fahren.

Die weltpolitische Lage hat sich seit Beginn des Ukrainekrieges ganz entscheidend verändert und für „den Westen“ deutlich verschlechtert. In diesem Zusammenhang spielt auch der Nahostkrieg eine Rolle, in dem Israel zwingend auf die militärische Unterstützung der USA angewiesen ist. Spätestens seit dem NATO-Gipfel vom Juli 2023 in der litauischen Hauptstadt ist klar – vermutlich sogar dem ukrainischen Präsidenten- dass die Ukraine niemals ein Mitglied der NATO werden wird, weil das einen Krieg zwischen Russland und den USA zur Folge haben würde. Es gibt keine ausreichend ausgebildeten ukrainischen Mechaniker und auch keine Feldinstandsetzung. Dabei ist jedem Fachmann klar, dass vor allem die Waffenlieferungen für die ukrainischen Streitkräfte immer nur punktuell eine Entlastung an der Front schaffen, falls überhaupt. Moskau kennt die Lage auf dem Gefechtsfeld auf Grund der Beherrschung des Luftraums und hervorragender Aufklärungsmittel sehr genau und muss eigentlich nur noch abwarten bis die ukrainischen Streitkräfte vollständig geschlagen sind.

Es gibt zwar immer wieder Aussagen darüber, wie viele russische Drohnen und/oder Raketen abgeschossen wurden, aber niemand kann diese Angaben überprüfen. Zum Jahresbeginn 2024 hat Russland seine Luftangriffe auf die Infrastruktur der Ukraine verstärkt, ohne dass die ukrainische Luftverteidigung das letztlich verhindern kann.
