Eu já cheguei até a pensar que talvez o branco, tão branco, dos blocos construídos pudesse ter mais cores… Mas uma reflexão me traz que seria reduzido seu impacto, sua surpresa e seu contraste com o mar do Recife, com o céu e com o parque verde que também se alegra na parte posterior do terreno… Pensou nas áreas verdes, as quais representam 60% da área do terreno, e protegeu-as dos fortes ventos implantando-as na parte do terreno mais distante do mar, meio que protegidas pelas construções projetadas para o parque, estes com implantação mais próxima à praia. Já abrigou de exposição de orquídeas a retransmissão de jogos de Copa do Mundo… Se deveria haver mais vegetação?

Ele é uma ótima adição ao parque e contribui para a diversidade de opções de entretenimento e cultura disponíveis para as pessoas na região. Este teatro tem capacidade para 587 lugares na plateia, incluindo seis poltronas para pessoas com baixa mobilidade e dez reservas para cadeirantes. Além das atrações do parque, o Parque Dona Lindu também conta com um teatro, o Teatro Dona Lindu.

Além disso, essas linhas de ônibus passam por várias outras áreas importantes, o que permite que as pessoas aproveitem ainda mais sua visita ao parque e explorem outras partes da cidade. A licitação dos parques foi concluída em leilão realizado nesta sexta-feira (5), na sede da Bolsa de Valores, em São Paulo. O consórcio Viva Parques do Brasil venceu o leilão que concedeu à iniciativa privada a gestão de quatro espaços públicos do Recife.
