More seven-day itineraries are offered in Crystal River Cruises‘ newly announced 2019 schedule, supplementing the line’s 10-, 11-, 14- and 16-day routes.
Crystal weeklong river cruises for the five-ship fleet will start in March 2019 on “Queen of the Danube” CRYSTAL MOZART and the four Rhine-class sisters, CRYSTAL BACH and CRYSTAL MAHLER, introduced this year, and CRYSTAL DEBUSSY and CRYSTAL RAVEL, coming in 2018.
2019 will be the first full year of operations for Crystal River Cruises as a complete family of five vessels.

Some highlights among the shorter offerings are a new seven-day “Wonders of the Danube” on CRYSTAL MAHLER and CRYSTAL RAVEL between Budapest and Linz, bookended with overnight stays. Plus, the cruise provides two full days in Vienna and calls at Krems and Melk, Austria, and Bratislava, Slovakia.
On CRYSTAL RAVEL and CRYSTAL MOZART, the new seven-day “Danube Dreams & Discoveries,” round-trip from Vienna, ventures to Hungary’s Esztergom and Budapest (overnight) and Bratislava then returns to Austria to visit Melk, Spitz (overnight) and Krems before ending with an overnight in Vienna.
Other weeklong cruises include “Legendary Rhine,” Basel to Amsterdam, offered aboard CRYSTAL BACH and CRYSTAL DEBUSSY. The itinerary features overnights in Rüdesheim, Koblenz and Cologne, Germany, as well as Amsterdam. Further ports are Karlsruhe and Mannheim, Germany.
“Tulips and Windmills,” seven days on CRYSTAL DEBUSSY, begins and ends with overnight stays in Amsterdam. The cruise also goes to Rotterdam and Middleburg, Netherlands, and Ghent and Antwerp, Belgium.
The weeklong “Danube Serenade,” between Vienna and Budapest on CRYSTAL MAHLER, CRYSTAL RAVEL and CRYSTAL MOZART, overnights in Vienna and Budapest, and stops at Austria’s Krems, Spitz, Linz and Melk.
