Not good if you are an inexperienced Cruiser.
Right now I am on the cruise. I’ll edit this if things get better. I’ve never been on a cruise. Immediately OFF to a rocky start…. I’m asking questions and answers are Returned abruptly as though I should understand. This is the third time each…. time with a different employee. Today’s briefing of the upcoming itinerary was extremely unintelligible. The person jumped around the week days. Her accent is very hard to understand. I left the meeting more confused. When I asked for clarification I was told I had already been given it in my room. I got a look as though they felt sorry for me that I don’t “get it.”
I asked for a hot latte not to be at room temperature. The bantering back made me want to never ask again.
My summary of the employees’ attitude is they are impatient and under stress. My vacation ATMOSPHERE is not relaxing. Hopefully it improves.
