Whether you are looking for a custom island top, vanity top, kitchen cabinetry tops or bar tops, we will glue, sand and cut to your design specifications. We also offer a variety of edges and multiple top surfaces, such as hand-planed, medium patina or heavy patina.

Two Finishes:

Emmet’s Good Wood Stuff Finish – specifically formulated with fast-drying synthetic oil, Good Stuff is designed to enhance the natural beauty of wood while offering clarity and outstanding resistance to moisture and alcohol. This Oil Finish will need to be renewed on a regular basis – the frequency will vary based on the amount of surface use. Once a month is an average treatment interval. Maintaining the oil finish is very important to the long-term life of the surface and protects the surface from water.
Conversion Varnish is the most durable finish available for wood and is transparent. It is chemical and moisture resistant, protecting your wood from the damaging effects of household chemicals/cleaners. This finish does not require any ongoing maintenance. This is available in two different sheen options – flat or dull.

Reclaimed Barn Wood Floating Shelves

Rustic yet refined, reclaimed wooden shelves are 100 percent recycled wood from turn of the century barns, factories, mills and buildings of the like. All shelves are about 1 1/2″ thick and widths range from 4″ to 24″ and any lengths are available. Our Reclaimed Antique Wood Shelves are custom milled utilizing antique wood reclaimed from old barns that pre-date the 1930’s. Reclaimed barn wood is hand picked by our dedicated staff and created into the best reclaimed antique wood shelves in the industry. State-of-the-art machinery, antique wood, and employees that care come together to produce timeless antique wood shelves using materials that have been given a second chance.

Beam Shelves

Antique Reclaimed Rough Sawn beam shelves provide a rustic yet refined shelf inherent with the circular saw marks created when the beams were originally milled over a century ago. These shelves are 100 percent recycled wood from turn of the century barns and farm structures. All shelves are about 1" thick and widths range from 4" to 8". Lengths are available from 14 ½” and up.
