В январе-ноябре оборот продовольственной розничной торговли вырос на 2,2%, до 16 трлн 467,3 млрд рублей, непродовольственной – на 12,8%, до 18 трлн 629,5 млрд рублей. Оборот розничной торговли в РФ в ноябре 2021 года составил 3,41 трлн рублей, что на 3,1% выше, чем годом ранее. В общем объеме торгов денежного рынка объем операций репо с центральным контрагентом вырос на 17,4% и составил 24,3 трлн рублей, объем операций репо с клиринговыми сертификатами участия вырос на 1,4%, до 7,4 трлн рублей. Объем открытых позиций на срочном рынке на конец месяца увеличился на 41,6% и составил 1 046,2 млрд рублей (738,7 млрд рублей в ноябре 2020 года). Объем торгов на срочном рынке вырос на 44,1% и достиг 17,6 трлн рублей (12,2 трлн рублей в ноябре 2020 года), или 223,7 млн контрактов (180,8 млн контрактов в ноябре 2020 года). Среднедневной объем торгов – 69,3 млрд рублей (139,5 млрд рублей в ноябре 2020 года).

По итогам 11 месяцев 2021 года оборот розничной торговли в России увеличился на 7,5%, до 35 трлн 96,8 млрд рублей. Среднедневной объем торгов на валютном рынке Московской биржи составил 1 243,4 млрд рублей, или 17,1 млрд долларов США, по сравнению с 1 363,6 млрд рублей (17,7 млрд долларов США) в ноябре 2020 года. Среднедневной объем торгов составил 838,0 млрд рублей (610,5 млрд рублей в ноябре 2020 года).

Объем торгов фьючерсными контрактами составил 216,9 млн контрактов, опционными контрактами – 6,8 млн контрактов. Объем операций на рынке стандартизированных производных финансовых инструментов увеличился в 9,6 раза, на рынке драгоценных металлов –в 2,5 раза.

В октябре оборот розничной торговли сокращался на 9,7%. Оборот розничной торговли в России в ноябре составил 3,6 трлн руб., что на 7,9% меньше, чем за аналогичный период 2021 года, следует из данных Росстата. Рост оборота розничной торговли по итогам 11 месяцев связан с восстановлением экономики после “ковидных” ограничений, отметил Минпромторг. За январь – ноябрь показатель вырос на 7,5% в годовом выражении, до 35,096 трлн рублей, говорится в материалах Росстата. Объем торгов акциями, депозитарными расписками и паями вырос на 29,1%, до 3 227,3 млрд рублей (2 500,2 млрд рублей в ноябре 2020 года). Основными факторами, ограничивающими активность организаций розничной торговли, в IV квартале 2021 года по-прежнему остаются недостаточный платежеспособный спрос населения и высокий уровень налогов.

За 3 квартала 2021 года Мечел заработал порядка 76 рублей дивидендов на 1 привилегированную акцию (на 2 декабря стоит 270 рублей). До 23 ноября активно докупал фьючи Газпрома лесенкой через каждые 5 рублей падения акций. Лучшую динамику продемонстрировали срочный рынок (рост на 44,1%), рынок акций (рост на 29,1%) и денежный рынок (рост на 19,2%).

Но купил то я обычку – здесь реально венчур и идея в том, что Мечел продолжит гасить долг на фоне хороших финансовых результатов и будет делать это в 2022 году, что переоценит акцию. Также прикупил обыкновенных акций Мечела в качестве венчура на 4% от портфеля (средняя 132,45).

В IV квартале 2021 года в обследовании конъюнктуры и деловой активности приняли участие руководители организаций розничной торговли, включая малые предприятия (без микропредприятий). При этом доля маркетплейсов в структуре онлайн-продаж по-прежнему высока, что отвечает тенденции консолидации бизнеса вокруг компаний с собственной инфраструктурой. По данным Минпромторга, оборот онлайн-торговли, напротив, в ноябре увеличился в связи с проведением в этом месяце ряда акций, включая “черную пятницу”.
