5 hindringer for suksess: hvordan du kan overvinne dem?

Motgift. Sørg for å verve støtten fra de som påvirker deg (partnere i liv og virksomhet, sjefer, venner). Snakk med alle familiemedlemmer og interesserte, identifiser behovene og frykten for alle, nøytraliser dem med omhu. Hvordan? Direkte samtale.

Tross alt er vi redd av det ukjente. Det er det vi er vant til og venter som standard. For eksempel at vi fremdeles vil komme til familiemiddager på lørdager. Eller fiske “med gutter”.

Nå vil alt endre seg, det er verdt å advare om dette, diskutere ansvarsfordelingen: som nå vil ta barnet til barnehage, kjøpe produkter. Og hvis familien fortsatt er imot? Dette er alltid et spørsmål om kommunikasjon.

Se etter passende argumenter og tone slik at du blir hørt og støttet.

Det kan vise seg at vi overhodet ikke er en lidenskapelig idé om å skape noe nytt, men de uavklarte problemene vi kjører fra er overhodet fra. At vi kan spille gamle scenarier gjennom et forsøk på å skape noe annet.

Kroppen er både mentalt og fysisk vanskelig. Stress er uunngåelig. Og det er synd hvis den bygde planen kollapser fordi vi ikke har forberedt kroppen på belastninger.

Motgift. Forretnings- eller nytt livsprosjekt (reparasjon, bryllup, barn) krever fysisk styrke. Gjennomføre planlagt vedlikehold av kroppen. Hvorfor forbereder vi det før en lang tur med bil, men oss selv ikke?

Legg til deg selv ressurser – For dette bør du ikke bare besøke leger, men også mestre teknikkene for mental selvregulering som påvirker “fysikk”: meditasjon, for eksempel. For produktivitet trenger du en drøm: Dette er en myte om at jo mindre vi sover, jo mer vil vi ha tid, motsatt.

Så vel som en annen myte om at mat er den andre tingen. Derfor er det på tide å nekte at det ikke er mat – chips, snacks, brus.

Ta vare på riktig ernæring (balanse mellom proteiner, fett og karbohydrater). Ideelt sett kan du koble en ernæringsfysiolog eller ernæringsfysiolog som vil bidra til å justere kostholdet og regimet slik at det gir og ikke tar energi.

Det er ikke tid til å varme opp og lage mat? Enig med et barn som vil varme opp maten din med sin egen betydning for familiebedriften, eller med mor-pensjon, som bare venter på å hjelpe.

Det er ikke tid til et treningsstudio? Bruk videoopplæringer og kort trening. Dette krever ikke mye tid, men gir mye krefter.
