“Ugh Epta” is because the translation of the name of the film seemed to me well … dull. It’s not that the original name “Your Highness” would seem to me somehow particularly successful, but the play of words in the American version is still an order of magnitude more interesting and has at least some attitude to the film itself.
Well, damn it, with the name, the main thing is that the film is good. Well, now I like about him incoherently and crumpledly tell. Below will be a mat and one spoiler.
Brave with pepper (EPTA) was listed in my list of the most anticipated films of spring under the second number, immediately after new pirates (bald diesel engines, comic book tori and other evil spirits do not cause me any emotions) were high. A month and a half ago, watching the trailer, I decided that I would watch this movie in the movie. But there were two factors that caused me an alarm. Firstly, it is quite obvious that all these wonderful obscenities, all these “cheers” and “bark” in our dubbing will focus and you will have to eat the lean Nudyatin instead of hellish annealing, as is usually the case and it happens. And secondly: the first two-thirds of the trailer were ridiculous and indecent, but closer to the end came the epic muzon and began to be stupidly action, but I don’t really like it when the film suddenly suddenly changes the film genre. Such sharp transitions simply ruin all those atmosphere. And glory to Gd, this did not happen here.
In the last third of the film (after cutting off the dick in a minotaur – which is essentially the apogee of the first, vulgar part of the film) the heroic action really prevails over the comedy, sarcam, gags, but this does not spoil the movie. Although, of course, it is a pity that from the envy, which in the finale becomes almost a lyrical character did not work out a sort of medieval Bender (and there were inclinations).
As for the translation-yes, this is by no means a goblin and not even translators from a movie.lump, but after the phrase:

This does not give the film additional depth, no matter what the translating themselves think about it, it’s just stupidly and unnecessary.
Well, okay, kicking our translators is an ungrateful work, all the more so in general, they managed well here.
About the actors – in my opinion, everyone is good here without exception. Heroic Slavy (James Franco)
Despite its heroicity, it turned out to be very alive and his attitude to a less successful and heroic brother – not patronizing and arrogant, and I liked the friendly and friendly. Sincerity was definitely in this character, despite the fact that his fraternal feelings for envy were sometimes comedy hypertrophied, and such things always cling to me, regardless of the genre of cinema and generally.
Zavidi himself
cowardly and arrogant, which, apparently and is meant under your highness, is also good. In fact, it is his actions and his changes as an individual that the plot moves and, in principle, despite the fact that I expected that he would remain as a cowardly and arrogant but funny villain until the end of the film, I liked the character. Infrequently, you will meet in comedy the development of character.
Well, the rest of the actors are also good. Ramus Hardiker (I did not find his pictures), he is Courtney – the squire of the envy, plays the role of such, now a traditional stupid assistant. Great ladies – Zoe Descanel and Natalie Portman.
And yes – Justin Therome
He Lizar coped with the role just excellent. The second -plan characters I liked most of all.
Despite its comedic entity, the film turned out to be pretty meat. And not comedy-minced, but truly meat. Apparently, the creators, realizing that they still can’t see the “children’s” rating, they decided to draw out in full and fill up everything with blood. And at first it is somewhat discouraged, yes. If during the scene with the head of the cyclops (blood flows from the torn neck, some scraps dangle) the hall was still giggled, then after the first serious combat scene, everyone has calmed down somewhat somewhat. But this impressions, again, does not spoil.
In general, the impressions of the film are similar to those who were after watching, oddly enough, “Zach and Mirri shoot porn”. That is, on the one hand, the film is vulgar, there really are a lot of jokes below the belt, but the film does not get “dirty” from this, but all because it is based on a story about love, duty, friendship and other garbage, so go to the cinema, be sure if you already have fourteen.
Update: It is not clear for whom the text turned out – to those who have already watched, to read all this is not interesting, who did not watch nothing from what was written.
